MANDATORY 3-STEP BOOKING POLICIES FOR NEW & EXISTING CLIENTS
STEP 1 – Book Consultation:
  • All new clients are required to book a consultation appointment before any other treatment except Waxing & Laser Treatments. If any other appointment type is booked, you will be asked to pay for and undergo a consultation appointment on arrival before your recommended treatment.
  • Existing clients can go ahead and book treatment recommended by your Aesthetician. If you are not sure, kindly book under Existing Client Booking so you can top up after your recommended treatment is agreed upon.
  • Check under SERVICES Tab for Consultation Pricelist.
STEP 2 – Purchase Skincare Product KIt :
  • On the same day of Consultation you need to purchase your recommended Professional Skincare Kit curated to address your specific skin concerns such as Acne, Pigmentation, Large Pores, Acne Scars, Stretch marks etc

STEP 3 –Purchase Recommended Treatment
  • After consultation & skincare kit purchase, you need to purchase your recommended treatment or treatment package needed to address your specific skin concerns.
  • Please note that PRODUCTS are NOT included as part of your facial treatment charge.
  • Check under SERVICES Tab for Treatment Pricelist.
Booking Instructions :
  • Choose your preferred service(s) and available appointment date and time.
  • Proceed with the booking process.
  • After completing your booking, you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
BOOKING POLICIES
Online Booking Convenience :
  • Our online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
  • Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings and rescheduling as needed.
Client Classification :
  • Clients who haven’t visited our Spa within the last year are considered NEW CLIENTS.
Rescheduling Policy :
  • To reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time is required.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your booking.
  • Please contact the spa via Whatsapp at 055 337 7565 to reschedule.
For Existing Clients :
  • Existing clients should book treatments recommended by our Aestheticians.
  • If you wish to schedule a REVIEW and have not visited us in at least 1 year, please book an In-spa consultation.
Product Inclusion :
  • Please note that PRODUCTS are NOT included as part of your facial treatment charge.
Policy Changes: :
  • Policy Updates : PrettyIris Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
